JT Safety Consulting is led by Julia, an experienced WHS professional with a strong track record of supporting businesses across a range of industries.

With over 20 years hands-on experience, Julia's passion is working closely with leaders and frontline teams to improve safety systems, strengthen compliance, and drive meaningful change in the way safety is managed day to day. 

Julia's experience comes from working for the WHS Regulator as both an Inspector and Investigator, providing her with a deep understanding of legislative requirements, compliance expectations, and how incidents are assessed and managed from a regulatory perspective. This experience is complemented by her time in private industry, including within manufacturing environments, where she has worked closely with leaders and frontline teams to implement practical safety solutions in complex, high-risk operations. 

Her approach is grounded in the real world, understanding that the best safety outcomes come from practical solutions that people can actually use, not overly complex systems that sit on a shelf.

Julia is passionate about making safety simple, effective, and genuinely valuable to businesses. She takes the time to understand how each operation works, ensuring that any advice or systems introduced are tailored, relevant, and sustainable.
